GREENHOUSE PURCHASES
Please remember Greenhouses Del Sol Inc is not a retail store. We are licensed and insured contractors. Our aim is to provide the potential homeowner or customer with the best possible design for their home and investment. We are authorized dealers for a few select manufactures that sell and design Greenhouses and Sunrooms. We also design and construct custom glass enclosures for specific applications such as patio enclosures, sunrooms, deck enclosures, greenhouse kits as well as other custom glass related structures. It is to be expected that all sales of this nature are final and no returns are possible. Since many of these greenhouse products are specific in nature and are only built for your application which cannot be sold to others that do not have the same specifications.
GREENHOUSE PURCHASE EXPECTATIONS
Most greenhouse structures take a few weeks to build if ordered from a manufacturer and generally take up to a week or longer for shipping time. Greenhouse structures are a result of design and the future probability that when purchasing a greenhouse for your specific design requirements, the final design drawings must be approved, signed and return to the vendor, as well as submitting a deposit, to begin the manufacturing process. The time frame between the initial request drawing and the final drawings allows ample time for you (the customer) to review and ultimately make the decision to follow through with your purchase.
STANDARD GREENHOUSE KITS… EXCEPTION TO THE RULE
Since standard greenhouse kits are basic in nature by size and with standard components they can be resold to others if they are not customized and specific to a customers requirements. However please bear in mind that if you are not 100% satisfied with your standard greenhouse kit and must absolutely return it, the following specifications will apply….
- if the greenhouse kit is a standard unit with no customizations … a 35% restocking fee of the selling price will be assessed
- all freight and crating cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- returned or exchanged products must be in the original condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging / crating.
- credit will only be assessed after the greenhouse kit is received and inspected by the manufacture and proves to be in same condition as it was when it was shipped out originally.
- customized greenhouse projects are final.
BUYERS RIGHT TO CANCEL…
You can legally cancel your greenhouse and or sunroom design build contract by providing a written letter indicating your cancellation notice 3 business days after signing a dated purchase contract. If the purchaser wishes to cancel the contract during the construction phase after engaging the manufacture and service provider (Greenhouses Del Sol Inc) during any phase of the construction project, all deposits, monetary balances, and all warranties given within this contract will be forfeited and void. Liability and pursuit for the balance or any portion thereof of the contract amount is at the discretion of Greenhouses Del Sol.Inc.
